This workshop provided an overview of state and local programs that have successfully implemented financing programs in the residential market, including on-bill tariffs, bundled solar and efficiency programs, residential PACE, and unsecured financing mechanisms. Participants had a chance to discuss the barriers unique to the residential sector (including single family and multifamily) and how different communities can address those barriers.
